Your vote is your voice
In 2016, Willie narrowly lost by less than 150 votes. There are 29,000 people in District 53. Less than 5,500 voted in 2016. We can win this election. But only if you vote.
The election is November 6, 2018.
Fighting for your right to vote
Willie is fighting to expand early voting for you. His efforts are paying off. Thanks to Willie's hard work, Chaparral Precincts 1 and 41 now have 4 days of early voting. Otero County used to have just one day of early voting. Earlier this year Otero County agreed to open the Chaparral Community Center and move the Precinct 1 and 41 polling place from the inadequate facilities at the Chaparral Fire Station.
